• Stimulate your appetite by exercising for 5 or 10 minutes about a half-hour before meals.
• Have an aperitif such as a small glass of wine before meals. It will help you relax and stimulate your taste buds.
• Relax for a few minutes before meals, using relaxation exercises.
• Eat frequent, small meals and have snacks between meals that appeal to your senses.
• Add extra protein to your diet. Fortify milk by adding 1 cup (250 mL) of nonfat dry milk to each quart (liter)
of whole milk or milk recipe. Be creative with desserts. And use nutritional supplements.
